Counseling for Individuals in Washington and Oregon
I offer individual counseling through a strengths-based lens. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the power to create lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
I am a master’s level counseling intern, working under the supervision of Katie Stickney Watson, LMHC of Taproot Counseling.
About
I draw from a variety of approaches, including:
* Psychodymamic: We'll explore how your history, environment, and culture shape how you experience and navigate the world.
* Trauma-informed: We'll work at a pace that feels right for your nervous system.
* Somatic and mindfulness-centered: We'll pay attention to the present moment and how emotions show up in your body.
While sessions offer a safe space for processing difficult emotions, I also am a firm believer in finding some lightness, humor, and joy. Life can be difficult, but it doesn't always have to be so serious.
